Before You Contact Support

Confirm your provider API key is active with the provider.
Check provider quota limits before refreshing sports odds or market data.
Use Settings > Reset App Data if you need to clear local credentials and cached app data.
Use Membership > Restore Purchases if a subscription does not appear active.

Credential Safety

Do not send API keys, broker private keys, seed phrases, account passwords, or live trading credentials to support. The Daily Edg3 launch model is bring-your-own-provider and device-local.

Important Boundaries

The Daily Edg3 does not accept sports bets.
The Daily Edg3 does not custody funds or crypto.
The Daily Edg3 does not guarantee profit, wins, returns, or accuracy.
